The answer lies in the industrialized nations and their people taking in as many refugees as possible, and jointly raising their donations to the poorer lands to 10% of their GNP, as well as sending teams of experts to help these poor countries turn around their poverty.

The time to begin is now. To begin, every industrialized nation must immediately match Denmark's donation of 1% of their GNP. They must then raise their donation one percentage point per year. In ten years::::with the work projects now abundantly funded and well-manned, at least half of these poor countries will become self-sufficient.

After this, by doubling the aid and expert forces in the remaining poor countries, the causes of their poverty can be removed over the following ten years.

After this twenty year period of reconstruction, the 10% of GNP in aid can be now used to finance global projects aimed at cleaning the environment (over the next ten years).

Three decades of unprecidented co-operation will open the hearts and minds of all the human beings on Earth to a new humanitarian harmony. It is at this point that we can begin to build our utopia::::it is at this point that it can be said the human race has begun...
